Would there be some form of organization to ensure no one is left behind?

In the past, we've assigned people to certain areas to make sure anyone who wants to evacuate isn't missed, so we'll likely be doing that again.

That sounds good. Considering the nature of the current Wilderness, evacuation can be taxing for those of us turned into smaller animals.

I wouldn't be surprised if it shifted again soon; the setting is always very convenient when we need to evacuate. But yes, for the time being, we'll need to take extra precautions.

We're moving all of them, yes. And that's never happened in my experience.

A week, at the least. Evacuations usually last about that long, if not longer.
