I LOVED Iolaus. I also watched Xena at the same time and loved Gabrielle, and in my head I totally shipped Iolaus/Gabrielle for years, LMAO.

Re: Shipping Iolaus/Gabby. You know, Show did that, too. Almost. You remember the Xena ep, "Prometheus"? When Iolaus was injured and Gabrielle stayed with him and held him and stroked his hair and told him the story about how "soulmates" came to be? Yeah, that wasn't shippy at all. And there were other sparks of interest, but of course they didn't go anywhere.

I liked the idea, but not sure how I'd have felt about it in the long run.

Huh. I thought I'd posted my Herc fanfic, but it doesn't look like I have. (And in trying to find it, I find that a lot of my old fic links are broken. Must remedy that.)

Yes! I LOVED that episode!! It was kind of like My Heart Will Go On with the whole Bobby/Ellen tease where you go ... BUT I NEED THAT IN MY LIFE, COME BAA-HA-HAAAAACK! Lol.
