This was good reading. I'm liking this "nicer Buffy" a lot, and I loved everyone's typical reactions to the inclusion of Spike as a Scoobie. But my favourite part was the whole ice cream analogy, especially Willow's correction of Buffy's initial interpretation:

“No! That you’re yummy, delicious, and has a very short shelf life! Buffy, you’re the ice cream in that equation! Think about it! Vampires are immortal, and eat humans. Rocky Road is good and all for ice cream, but as a metaphor for a relationship? That’s all kinds of bad!”

Thanks for the kind remark about the banner. That was the best I could do in GIMP and let me tell you, it was painful! I have Photoshop on an older machine I rarely boot into anymore, so I thought I'd just whip up something in GIMP. Now I'm traumatized for life! :)
