A bit Channing news update

Channing will attend Kid's Choice Awards on March 24. I guess this is the opportunity for him to promote his upcoming animated movie - Smallfoot. His co-star Zendaya will attend too. There's a good chance that Channing will be slimed, and I wonder if he will bring his daughter to the show

I think in fandoms and shipping there is always a tendency to like one character/actor more than the other. Its rare when the love is 50/50. I'm guilty of this too sometimes.

I love Jamie but have seen more Channing movies simply because well he picks movies that are interesting to me. I haven't been interested in a Jamie project in years. I still think he has talent though.

Have you watched Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool? The only nice thing I can say is Jamie looks good in it. Some people may find the story touching. I agree it is rare to see a much older woman's love story with a young man. But seriously, I feel the only reason this movie was made is because the main male character in real life is a friend with Barbara Broccoli (producer of 007 movies

It seems a lot of British actors are classically trained by drama schools, so they tend to be more respected. But in the case of Jamie, he didn't attend drama school. Any for Channing, he did two Magic Mike movies, that's what most people remember him for. Also when he started, he was not very good. But he has improved over the years.

Glory of the Roman Empire is long gone, but I can say the same about the British Empire. However, some people are still clinging to it. It always fascinating to look back at human history without being harshly judged by today's political correctness mindset.
