Got a reply from one of the composers of Merlin - Rohan Stevenson.

... unfortunately no, we have not been approached to put together a 3rd CD. you could contact http://www.moviescoremedia.com/ and ask them if they intend to approach us.

Oh I have been looking for ages to see if they'd do a series 3 soundtrack :-( I would love you to post some of the cues that would be awesome! :-) There's been such a lot of really beautiful music this season.
