After waiting so long it was kind of anti-climactic when the doctor finally called me back. The test results were normal and she thought the on-call doc had told me that. She couldn't figure out why I was so anxious to talk to her

Well, there's no real diagnosis for now. But yeah, it's most likely just smallness.
