Yeah, you know... people from other worlds. I don't know how it works, but sometimes the City lets a whole bunch of people in for a few days then spits them back out afterward. It's kind of nice--lets you see people you haven't seen for a while, or people you left at home.

Gotta say, though, it's weird being on the visiting end of it.
