As for Kyo...what about, Okada Junichi? From V6, he was in Kisarazu Cat's Eye, Fly, Daddy Fly, Tokyo Tower, and Tiger & Dragon. Might be a little short 'n older looking, but I think he could pull off an alley cat personality.

For Kyou, I vote... Nagase Tomoya? He's a bit old for the part now, but he acts like he's going to die tomorrow in everything he plays in, so he could probably pull it off. XD
I have no idea what this story is abt or who the characters are but your comments are totally giving me the picture. haha. Casting people (if there WOULD be a live-action version) should totally use this as reference if only for the fact that all the people here are in my like/love lists :D
