Have you read "Gaining: The Truth About Life After Eating Disorders" by Aimee Liu? It's pretty good. I was forced to read "Solitaire" (her memoir about her experience with anorexia nervosa) during my treatment/recovery, but I ended up liking it. In this new book she interviews a bunch of people who also struggled with anorexia and bulimia.
