Just watched the first episode of series two. ahdfhsghshgddgdjd this show. I cannot even. SO MANY FEELINGS.

Just gah. So beautiful. This was everything I could have hoped for. I mean, not all of it, storywise, obviously, but of course there are conflicts that are being set up that will be resolved or won't be, but just yes omg, the way it was all ( Read more... )

I was a bit underwhelmed, to be honest... *hides* Somehow it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I even wanted to punch Bates at some point. Seriously. You've got Anna! Kill your wife!

I watched an episode or two of Downtown Abbey on PBS here in the US, and then the season was over *cries*.

I thought it was really interesting. And then I saw the series on DVD at a local club/grocery store place and bought it. Just on a whim. I had no idea it had such a huge following on LJ. And way cool to hear of the award win for Maggie. Gotta love tumblr for funny graphic-talented people :)
