I got into the elevator the other day and a fairly attractive young man (holding a small tupperware) was already in there. He had 3 floors to do this:
"Leaving work?"
"Yep."
"Me too. I forgot my snack so I had to go back and get it."
"Oh...heh."
"Well, see you!"
"G'night."

I just danced my ass off in my home with no one watching. I'm out of breath from it. It's been a while since I've done that and it feels goooooood. -
The one that bothers only me
"...try and..."
It's the intent that makes it wrong.
"I'm going to try and eat this cookie."
The speaker does not mean to say, "I am going to try and also eat this cookie."
The speaker means to say, "I am going to try to eat this cookie."
It irritates the crap out of me and it's everywhere. -
You want resolutions?
I feel like I go for more general goals most of the time. I came up with these goals for this and every year after:
1. Read more books
2. Learn more dances
3. Dance more often -
Left to my own devices when lazy...
...I will eat soy bacon and Christmas chocolates for dinner. -
Hum
There's a small area on my desk which, if I put a plastic bottle of liquid there, makes the entire desk hum. I'm certain it's reverberating with the computer fan or something. It's sorta neato. -
For Sale (cheap): Science Project
Possibly avocados before project commenced. Kept immobile and protected under casually placed dishtowel. Date project commenced: Unknown (Likely August 4th or prior)
Bonus: Five hundred thousand fruit flies.
