Oh, I know that feeling. That was my entire sophomore year + first half of sophomore year. Traveling in Scotland and England just made it stronger if I got to live in the UK, but when I lived on my own in the US for five weeks? Cleared it right up. Now I can't wait to stay in school as long as possible. :P Have you thought about taking some time off and working before grad school? I know the economy's terrible, but it's probably worth it if you could pull something together. And not live at home, I think that's important.
I have epic world-traveling plans...*plots away happily*
Oof. Just life. And my body periodically hating me.
Not living at home would be key to that. And finding some sort of job. The other option I'm looking at is a two years master program for editing. The one I really like is in Portland and the school runs it's own press that you work at. So we'll see.
Epic world traveling plans! Woo! We should travel together sometime... or split the rent of an apartment in Scotland. XD
Traveling together someday would be fun! I have this seriously EPIC plan to live abroad for 18 and a half months immediately following graduation next year...but we'll see where that goes. Destinations include Peru, Sweden, England, Ireland, and New Zealand, and it might just be workable. Maaaaybe...if I'm very, very lucky.
