Hopefully yes. I meet with a different doctor about that next month.

At least the nerve damage isn't worse.
And I've heard cataract surgery is (fairly) easy.

hope the cataract appointment goes well and they're able to answer all your questions. i have heard its a quick procedure and recovery. my mom has them, but says they're not bad enough for surgery yet.

I hope the surgery goes well. It's nothing really to worry about if you get the right surgeon/team. My second surgery was a dream and the care after was second to none. I also really like that I was awake. You might not, but it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be.
