As long as the story can stand by itself (i.e. that a reader doesn't need to read the first story to understand the second), then yes!

Just stumbled upon this and it sounds like a great idea - I may even be able to get an artist friend to join in on this. However, my area of expertise is erotica, including fantasy-/magic-related erotica. Is erotica permitted for stories (and art)?

I believe we have had NC-17 stories before, so I'm going to say yes. So long as they are clearly marked as such, yes.

I'm sorry if this was addressed somewhere and I missed it, but is 20k the maximum word count for fics? Or can stories go above that?

Sorry, 10k is the minimum, and there is no maximum, really. Just something that artists/mixers would be able to read and still have enough time to create their art.

I'd like to submit my draft early - either June 6 or 7 - as I'll be out of town from the 8th to the 18th. How do I submit it? I certainly don't want to post a draft, especially one that's about 18,000-19,000 words to my own LJ account.
