Went to UU (Unitarian Universalist) church again today. Woke up at 8:45 so I could be out the door at 9:45, since last week I got up at 9, only to find that the bus after 10 didn't leave till 25 after, and was late getting there as a result. So I got up at 9 AM this morning so I could get to the UU church on time. (Hour to get ready, the rest of that time to get there.) Thing is, while I left the same time as last week, the 71 was a bit slow today due to rare traffic congestion, and I missed the 12. Well, there aren't many free classes at the UU church, but there are a few free ones that sound good. A poetry group, a writing group, a class for newcomers (in November), one called "our chosen faith," and possibly the "path to membership" class.

The service at my local Unitarian Universalist church was pretty awesome earlier today. The two choral pieces of music were especially awesome; they were African polyrhythm, so each of the four singers (two men, one woman) played a different rhythm on their instrument, and sang different bits.
