Civilian Tasers are not horribly hard to get. Spendy but so is a good gun.

$300 all day long with one "air zap" cartridge replacement rounds ballpark 20-50 bucks depends on singles or a case discount. Put laser targeting dot in a likely spot where the cabled needles will penetrate the cretin's outer layers and *ZAP* they fall twitching...

Way i see it is- battery getting juice FROM a battery ...
