Can you trust your friend's opinion on the staff? Maybe try to feel your friend out on the people there, is there anyone that's like so and so I can't stand?

How much interaction/impact during the day does management have on your daily happiness at work? Same question about staff/coworkers.

Good luck, changing jobs is never easy.

I know that Cindy, my friend, would make sure I'm happy there.
This is the lady Jo and I went drunk camping with. She's great and so much like us!

Here, the management doesn't really do much to make sure the staff is happy. The director has a baby so her favorite staff members are the teachers in her daughters class. So her favorites change all the time.

I have no issue with the assistant director, because she actually does want the staff to be happy.

The assistant in management is so worried about her own personal life that she couldn't give a shit about anyone but the staff members that are her friends in her personal life.

In rainbow, Cindy wants me there because when she took over the center, she fired a bunch of people that weren't there for the right reasons. So the staff that's left are either extremely professional, or like us. Not to say that we aren't professional, but we can I've fun and do our jobs at the same time. (much like my flirting and contributing in mafia lol).

Thanks for the luck.

The way I look at it, change is constant. Take a chance!

Well that's certainly true.
Plus, rainbow is corporation, Adventureland is a registered ministry, so rainbow has the potential to be around longer.

Thanks for the advise!

If the other place is run well and has been successful, they probably have a pretty good staff. I'd ask why the old director left (IDK, maybe your friend told you this stuff already) and if it points to any underlying problems at the place.

Well Cindy did a lot of firing when she took over, so I'm thinking the ones left are the good ones. She's an awesome person and a great director, she's actually working open to close right now because she's so short staffed.
I want to change, and I want to help her out.
My main confusion is coming from whether or not I'll be spending more money on gas with the regular streets vs the highway driving.
That's why I'm going to make the drive this weekend and time it.

We'll see.

Thanks for the advise!
