So here's the dilemma
Do I continue working where I am, or do I go to work for a friend?
See, right now I work in Fishers Indiana, it's about a 20 minute highway drive from my house.
A friend I used to work with at LPA is the new director or a Rainbow childcare in Greenwood Indiana.
The rainbow is closer to me than greenwood park mall but only by a few blocks.
Idk exactly how long the drive would be at 830 am, but to get to the mall at a regular mall time (not that I have a regular mall time, except that I don't go early in the morning) is about 1/2 an hour.
To get to Fishers, I'm going the opposite way of heavy traffic flow. To get to greenwood I'd be going the same way as traffic. Therefore, I'd likely have to take regular streets.
So the question becomes... 20 minutes on the highway or 30 minutes on regular streets?
I like the staff at my current place, but management sucks ass.
At rainbow, I know I'd like the management, but idk anything about the staff.
This weekend I'm going to drive to rainbow just to see exactly where it is, and I might take the highway to get there. But that would be weekend traffic.
I just don't know what to do!
