were excellent.  David Coverdale has an amazing voice and is quite funny, not at all a fwah but well kept for an old fella and seems to genuinely like his audience a lot.  Def Leppard really weren't for me, which is weird cos I like them on CD but I didn't like watching them at all, bloody SECC didn't help, horrible atmosphere

The man is a god......he has enormous....voice (lol)
No really...much prefer the acoustic / old school stuff (and the Deep Purple years....)

Aye, totally awesome voice. I actually prefer the proper songs to the squealling stuff too, he did have some backing sining assistance to pad out the screeching in Glasgow!
How was the picnic, you suffering?
