were excellent. David Coverdale has an amazing voice and is quite funny, not at all a fwah but well kept for an old fella and seems to genuinely like his audience a lot. Def Leppard really weren't for me, which is weird cos I like them on CD but I didn't like watching them at all, bloody SECC didn't help, horrible atmosphere.
Also weird seeing the showyness/effort the bands made to "look good" (that is of course a very subjective term) given I've been used to a real lack of effort I've seen in some live bands over the last few years it took a while to get used to that and not see it as complete cheesy fakery.
