I liked Cordelia's character development. Her younger self was selfish at times but I'm glad that she wasn't just written as a stock mean girl character. We saw glimpses of why popularity mattered to her so much.

I liked her relationships with Doyle and Angel in Angel and her having the visions was a great challenge for her character.

Cordelia's character development across Buffy and Angel was just brilliant because there are these brief glimpses of her potential from the beginning, but she slowly grows into being the best Cordy she can be.

Fantastic in-depth analysis of Cat's decisionmaking regarding Jaime and Tyrion in Game amd Clash: too often readers are quick to forget the frustrating gaps in communication and information that ASoIaF characters have to contend with at the same time as alarming time pressures for their actions, and you've outlined why Cat decides as she does regarding each of them and why they were the best decisions she was in a position to make at the time extremely well. I'm loving the specificity you're going to in your posts -- I'm looking forward to reading the rest! (Here from DW, obviously.)

Hey. I found your journal via ONTD and was please to find someone else who actually liked Catelyn Stark. She has become one of my favorite characters in the books and I can never undertand how people see her as a 'weak' character. I like the way you think.
I'm also a fan of Sansa, she seems to cop a bit of flak, but I think she has some pretty admirable qualities which people don't seem to point out too often. Anyway, I'm rambling now, and need to get to work!
