Objectivity (final interruption to my LJ vacation)halbailmanMarch 8 2007, 07:58:56 UTC
I see a theme here, and I realized there are certain things that will never heal. I am sorry to say, that I have lost my friend and brother whom I've been trying to heal things over with. I have admitted my faults; however I have given him the appropriate amount of line in respect to the situation, and insead of accepting it with grace. He proceeds to say more than the circumstances allow. I've been catching up on his journal and MS blogs. I cannot forgive him. He has done far more damage than I find forgiveable. I don't wish this to be the case, the case itself simply manifested for me once I caught up. I have lost a friend and brother in which whom I've known for over a decade. Never mix friends and business. It only turns out bad, and in this case permanently, and with permanent loss. Objectivity is a quality I look for in everyone. For whatever reason, if someone is incapable of acting in a completely objective manner, and spins more rope than I gave them while proceeding to attempt to hang me with it I will refuse to

I'm learning a little faster now. I realized that repression is very bad a short time ago. There were some things I was repressing, and that was my fault. Picture the voice of Mr. Garrison on South Park with the following statement, "Repression is bad, okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!" I posted one final blog for a while. Just a poem, and maybe a much better apology than I've offered before if it's hopefully written right. Sometime's I guess I just don't have the knack. The spirit and intent is there though. :-)
Mr. Garrison, "Consistency is good, okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!" ;->

P.S. Never say never =)
I used to say things like "last LJ post for a while" and it never took me that long to come back to LJ and start posting again. Don't talk about it, just do it - because then your statement is proven through your actions, instead of your actions disproving your statements.
...and nobody is going to talk about someone who isn't around, so you don't have to worry about people talking about you on your LJ vacation. If you can't trust your friends to treat you fairly when you're not around, then who can you trust?

Not a problem. I just thought that he would want to know that he may not have had the effect intented. Besides, been there, done that, and already wore the t-shirt out. :)

As much as I know I'm probably going to get snapped at for this - when you point a finger at someone else, you point three at yourself.
