Watermelon lime sorbet

Cut up, de-rind and de-seed 2 small watermelons
Add a can of frozen limeade concentrate (thanks, lovelikeyeast)
Finely chiffonnade a little fresh basil
Puree
Churn
Freeze
Enjoy

If I'd had more time, I'd have infused the basil into the watermelon juice for a while and then strained it. I wasn't so into the green bits. But H loved them.

oh man, lime is my favorite flavor of anything, with watermelon close to the top as well. I'm so coming over. I'll be in there in eight weeks, tops.
