Torrid Jeggings? Do they loosen as you wear them?

It is this pair that I am speaking of. I've read reviews saying that they do stretch out as you wear them like most jeans do, but I've also read reviews saying that they do not. I've tried them on, and I'm wondering whether to go with the size that fit perfect from the start or whether to go with the size that was a bit snug in anticipation of them

Are those the jeggings that Torrid was offering $5 off your purchase if you tried them on/$10 off if you bought a pair?

If so, I tried them on in a 24 and they fit perfectly. (my normal size) I didn't purchase, but I usually buy down 1 size in jeggings because of the stretching out issue and probably would have purchased a 22 in these. This is primarily because I have much smaller legs than my midsection/waist. So, I'd say it depends on how you're built - if your legs are smaller too, then I'd go with a size down.

I own them. I bought my usual size and love them. I personally don't think they bag out too much... I could have sized down if I wanted them to be skin-tight like leggings but I like them to look like skinny jeans.

P.S. I bought the black ones too, which run a little smaller.

The main thing that turns me off of these is the faux front pockets. If I'm going to wear jeans, even fake jeans, I want pockets!!
