Okay fats, I need your help! I checked under some of the tags and didn't see anything of this nature... but I'm thinking more people probably have this problem. And there's probably some simple solution that I hadn't even thought of staring me in the face. Anyway, help, please

I don't have any short-wearing advice, because I hate the feeling of the back of my thighs sticking to whatever surface I sit on, or getting them burned from being in contact with said surface. I try to not boil myself alive in my clothes by using only sandals and wearing very light, thin, ventilated tops.
That being said, I have some shorts that I wear around the house, and I think the only reason they don't ride up constantly is because they're HUGE on me - they used to belong to my mom - and are kept in place by their drawstrings.

Or alternatively, buy longer shorts and take them up? Mum's done a few of mine and I've had a local tailor do some. It's also a great way to reuse old pairs of jeans/pants :D

b) i think trying shorts that arent as form fitted helps? obviously this is only an issue for me for like 3 weeks a year so i havent had to work on a solution lol
