Land's End has some similar - and I can vouch for their quality - I've had my down jacket since my soph year of college (7 yrs) and it's still in great condition.

Try EddieBauer.com or Landsend.com- they both have a pretty good selection of plus-sized coats.

I suggest Kohls. They may not be the most attractive coats, but you might run into something more. I live in Wisconsin where, you know, it's supposed to be cold, but they never stock enough of the coats. But I'm sure if you live somewhere that is currently cold, they'll have tons of options.
