gallery serpentine in Australia does amazing clothes and does custom orders. I have ordered from the several times over the years (about 5 times actually) in a variety of sizes and everything was wonderful. I even had them make the goth skirts for my hand maidens to wear at our goth wedding.

Also asylum7 in Australia does custom made and they are excellent as well. I got corsets from them and they were great.

this list of where to find plus sized fetish wear is quite helpful--although some links are out of date--as is this one of plus sized goth clothing.

I don't know if you're on Fetlife (social networking for kinky folks) but a couple of the BBW groups have very helpful resources for clothing, here and here.

my recommendations based on personal experience (I am 5'10, 350lbs, 54-42-64, ranging from size 26-30):

Alter Ego Erotics, an eBay seller, for incredibly reasonably priced, mid-range quality leather corsets up to a 8X, I believe--she does custom work as well, for a little more. I take a 5X in her corsets.

also, more generally, I've had excellent luck finding fetish wear on eBay--people know there's market for it and there's a number of seller/manufacturers like Alter Ego.

Stormy Leather has seriously gorgeous, seriously well-made and seriously expensive leather corsets and separate, as making the best strap-on harness for fat folks. if I can ever blow a huge wad on fetish clothes, I'm starting here and at Dark Garden.

I like their stuff also. Much of it is snazzy but moderate enough that I can wear it to work tutoring; their long dresses make good sf-convention wearables.

I use to be very into the plus size goth clothing scene, but it looks like most of my resources have closed up shop. If I see anything out there, I'll post it!
