that is how i tie my hair up to hide alternative hair for conservative jobs and i always get compliments on it.
i found some fantastic scarfs here, but for that tie you need a large square. you might be able to get away with a triangle if the ends are particularly long
I bet you get compliments, it's a lovely way to wrap!tinylionApril 26 2007, 05:22:32 UTC
Thank you, this is great. The silver threaded scarves are lovely. I knew I could count on this comm to help. BTW, I've always loved your screen name, on another site I chose "Happy California Cow" as mine.

heh, thanks.
i need to take pictures for this and other communities (for dyed and dreaded hair) that are always like omg, i can't have this with my job. and i am there going sure you can, you just have to hide it! i have blue and purple dreadlocks (easter egg hair!) and i work at the ritz carlton all the time (i babysit in hotels) and they can't argue with me cause they don't know if it is a religious thing or not. which makes me feel sneaky. and it looks good. which is fantastic
heifer was my nickname in high school. it wasn't really related to my weight, ironically, but there was a theme of farmyard animals (my best friend's nickname is goat, which, now, only i call him). i enjoy it and i am glad i got to it before lj became popular and somebody stole it from me!
