FFIV never coming to North America?

Tecmo statement from above article:

I read about this on BCL. I have to say...I've never been so enraged over game news ever.
I honestly hope Nintendo's staff who made this idiotic decision gets slapped in the head with terrible karma. Fatal Frame has such a HUGE fanbase and not publishing an AMAZING installment to the series is absolutely ridiculous.
It wouldn't be as bad if other publishers could allow us to play it, but no. Nintendo is keeping it for themselves.

I got a text from my boyfriend while I was at work about this. And it was like Mario, that sweet, lovable, do-gooder plumber ate a big plate of pasta, bent over, and took a shit in my mouth.
