why does everyone keep saying that i'm all right when i'm not? my hand is numb. my foot is numb and by tomorrow my whole right side is going to be completely numb. is it still going to be all right then? there is something wrong with me. i am not all right

numbness comes from pinched nerves, or lack of blood.

i am not a vampire nor am i having a stroke.
my spine is crookid. i fell when was a kid and it screwed up my spine and pelvic bone.
