2nd payment: International shipping fees + Local postage fee

Registered mail: Pls add another S$2.24 on top of the normal mail.
There will be $0.50 handling fee.
I won't be responsible for any loss or damage caused during the mail. Pls opt for registered mail (additional $2.24) as it has a tracking number.
