This morning I had a phone-interview with the director of the school in Prague.  It wasn't so much an interview as them confirming that I'm a real person that's interested in the program (not some punk just using it as an excuse to get into the country on their parent's money), and a chance for me to ask any questions.  Which I did, and he was very ( Read more... )

I've been looking forward to Howl too, though I hadn't seen the trailer yet - thanks! I could never get into Kerouac (the stream of consciousness thing drives me nuts), but I've had a copy of the book Howl for a looong time.

Fingers crossed for you on the TEFL!

It definitely looks like it's worth a watch, I don't imagine I'll see it until it's on dvd though. I dig Kerouac but in small, spaced out doses. "Howl" is actually the only thing of Ginsberg's I've read, I should check out the book.
