Be very careful, because you're showing the 'new kid' preferential treatment. Your other dogs will probably start acting up in short order, especially whomever is the established beta.
Take your bulldog out on a leash, and just let him meet the others. Correct any of them (good is a short, loud hissing sound coupled with a quick pointer/middle finger pinch on the underside of the neck, think alpha female nipping a lower member of the pack, you don't want to hurt, just warn) if they move to put their head over back. No butt sniffing either. It's just an introduction. After about five minutes, take him back inside, then keep an eye on the other dogs (where they can't see you) and see how they react to the introduction.

The two boys are doing alright... but I'm keeping my eye on them. I don't want to risk anything.
I'll do what you suggested, seeing as anything to lessen trouble will help in the long run, PLUS if we can't locate the owner in a short amount of time I want everything to go smoothly. I usually never had to worry about something like this since all my dogs get along and rarely mingle with other dogs! But I didn't have the heart to let the little guy out in the blazing heat.
