3) Haha. Fandom taught me about yaoi as well. (I have fond memories of discovering the Pit as a twelve-year-old and thinking it was the greatest thing evarrrr.) At first I was all "ew, yaoi!" then I read some fics and hung about for a while and then "mmm, yaoi." XD

3) Put it this way, if someone said a seven years ago I'd be writing threesomes, I wouldn't have believed it.

Hell, if someone told me two years ago I'd be writing threesomes or even yuri, I wouldn't ahve believed them either. My first fandom was relatively small and there weren't a lot of different kinks or whatever - we had mostly yaoi and het and the occasional incest fic, but nothing really much. Naruto fandom taught me many, many things. ;D

Can you tell I'm avoiding my essay like all hell? I need a procrastination icon. icefalcon June 8 2006, 06:05:00 UTC
I was perverted before fandom. >XD ( ... )

Don't worry, I do it all the time too. farfallanera June 9 2006, 01:23:23 UTC
Lucky. Fandom perverted my young, innocent mind. :D

Good point. I hadn't thought of it that way. I do agree that there is a clear line between fandom and real life and unfortunately a lot of fanbrats don't take that into mind. >_>

Tsunade, eh? ^^ If I ever get around to cosplaying, I want to be Ukon.

Iruka is popular because of the huge Japanese KakaIru fandom, I think. Tenten and Hayate beating Orochimaru is a complete injustice though. ;_;

I dunno if I was ever corrupted. I've always been into slash, but of course there's plenty of weirder things in Naruto fandom. XD Most of it isn't really surprising anymore.. and seeing such things all the time is definitely a way to broaden one's mind and view on things. Yet there's still no shortage of ignorant jerks in fandom. -_-;

UKONNNNN *_* *loves the twins so much* That would be awesome. If *I* ever get around to cosplay, my first costume is definitely going to be Tayuya. XD

1) Hahhah Tsutsu. ♥
2) Hayate, Tenten and Iruka are so boring. T___T I guess since they are such minor characters, people have taken liberties to fill in non-existent character traits to make them as interesting as they please. Which is kind of annoying at times, in my opinion.
3) It's stupid that a fan would complain about that because most corruption are behind cuts and enclosed with warnings. Each person is responsible for whatever they read and look at. You can be part of a fandom without indulging in the perverted junk and stuff. Like I was part of the HP fandom for years and never read/looked at slash or HP porn cause I chose not to. BUT as for the real question...um no, I don't think that corruption is bad simply because I enjoy it too much. XD NaruSasuSaku smut. MMM MMM GOOD. ♥

2) That's *the* absolute worst thing about Tenten. She does have a personality, you just have to look hard for it. Unfortunately, most fanbrats don't, and just write her as an extension of their own self mainly so they can hook up with Neji. >_>

3) Oh, but you can still read what it says above the cut, can't you? XD That's what happened to me. I was all 'no no no not going near it' but I'd still read the warning for the pairing, and it would remain in my head. Haha.

MMM, Team 7 smut. *_*
