Capitalism is the Institution of Ethics

On the first weekend of April, I attended the Spring 2005 Convention of Libertarian International, in Sofia, Bulgaria, as organized by the Bulgarian Society for Individual Liberty. I thought Liberalism (the word you use in your web site) was the "Theory of Law".
Could you define the difference/connection between the two terms?

The meaning of terms vary depending on the context. This was clearly in a Randian context.
