I've also been researching it quite a bit lately also. Just remember that you want to eat 5-6 times a day preferably. This puts calories into you when you need, and use them, rather than eating only a few meals a day and stockpiling them. And of course I'm sure you know the importance of what to eat and when to eat it if you've been researching it :D Protein before and after workouts moreso than the rest of the day, and get plenty of carbs so you actually have the energy to have energy throughout the day :D
A lot of the research I've been doing lately leads to the fact that besides eating the wrong things, the biggest problem with the conventional diet is that people don't eat enough.
Thanks for the link to the article. Was a good read. I've also been working out/dieting for the last 4-5 months since finishing school. I've lost about 20lbs now and gained a lot better muscle definition. But then again I've put off getting a real job and working out 4hrs a day instead. My biggest problem is my diet, I find it so hard to the correct foods, but I have been able to space my eatting into 5-6 meals a day, just not very healthy meals overall. Also sweets are a killer for me.
