This week I am more or less a zombie. Into the Woods has kept me at the school until ten every night. So, 7 hours of rehearsal on top of the 7 hours I've already been at school. Hey! Do you remember that movie "the road to el dorado?" Remember how gay the protagonists were?

Yeah, there was a lot of thinly veiled man-lust going on in that movies.

Judging by the reception of my kids in the club, you're right. The world of public education will not be heading down that road any time soon.

oh boy...I love that you ended that with "what the Fuck!!!" It shows you are human!!! :) Thanks for all your encouragement the last few days about my preschool setting! I hadn't gotten a chance to answer you before...but I just wanted to say it meant a lot to me, because you do indeed know where I am coming from. Teachers of all grades and ages have their issues with kids, school, other teachers...and reading this post really brought it home that I am not alone. Sounds really good to me!!! Want to go to the Pour House Cafe? Just let me know when you are free...I am free most evenings, except Fridays...and may have my son if you don't mind him if my hubbie is at kung fu and unable to watch him :) I like walking most places myself...so just name the time and we'll do it!!! :)

This week is clearing up for me - Monday, Tuesday (well, maybe not Tuesday, I just remembered I have tentative plans), or Wednesday would be good.
