I seriously have the same kind of things in my classroom. And today i was so sick that by the end of the day i couldn't put up with it. Did i tell you that i'm in special ed most of the day? Try breaking up those fights especially when it's one little dickhead that gets his jollies from lying to teachers, students, administrators, whatever. He likes to walk out of classes so that he can go bother my kids whenever he wants to because he's "not like those stupid retards." Pretty big words for a kid who can't learn how to read. Idiot.
Anyhow, i feel your pain. Luckily some of the other mainstream abusive and "bad" kids have learned to like me and i can actually get them to do all of their work with the simple promise of letting them listen to their music. I have my ways.
Love you Missy!

Yeah, I let my kids eat snacks in my class. I spent all of last semester trying to stop them from eating in class, but that just turned it into a game of "stuff things in your mouth when she isn't looking." Yeah, how about I shove my foot in your ass when you're not looking!

snacks work great... I do understand the need to eat sometimes especially if you're getting too tired to concentrate on anything and munching will help you stay awake.
