The Bot! Such pathos! Such bathos! So lovable and cringe-inducing! So...sad. *sniff* She appears in just four episodes, but her character arc is one of the most complete on the show. Grand love, thrilling heroics, domestic bliss(?), and tragic martyrdom - it's all there. But I want more!

For completeness, I'm going to link my third f/f Bot fic here: Wind Her Up and She Slays, Faith/Buffybot NC17. (I'd apologise for hijacking your rec post for some self-pimping, but you left a nice comment on this one so I'm hoping you meant it!)

I would also hugely rec mabus101, metem(psychosis), PG and gen, but angsty-dark as hell, for a very different look at what it means to be the bot in a twisted season 6.

I just adore Bot fic. You don't happen to have any lying around, do you?

P.S. Do you know if the Spring Summers piece is the all there. I can't tell if the page has loaded completely or not. It's weird. Maybe I'll try another browsers...

I don't. She has a very small, very botty part in my Spander fic "The Best of Friends" but I really think that's the only time I've used her. That I can remember, anyway. Something to think about - a Bot fic or two. :)

I don't know. It did seem like it just ended - no "the end" or real resolution. It could be intentional, or there could be more fic missing. Certainly there is potential there for it to continue, but I could see ending it on that semi-funny note too. Sorry, not helpful, huh?

Not sure this quite qualifies - I have the April-bot running a hybrid Buffybot-April program in Family Issues and its sequel The Rosenberg Inheritance, she's important in both stories but not the main character. I should warn you that the first is a Men in Black crossover, the second a Lou Grant crossover.

Should also say that these are fairly long stories set in a VERY AU BtVS S6 and Angel S3-S4.
