Monday, 7 June 2021: Catching Up...Again

I am fully vaccinated, so I should be livin' da life again. Mostly, however, I am not, so I don't take pictures. No pictures? No posts. I think of myself as a word-nerd but...this time it's been almost three weeks since I last posted. Oy. That puts my word-nerd-hood in jeopardy, for sure.

I'd be happy to see photos of the things you see out and about on your adventures, but if you are ever wondering what you could take a photo of I can also tell you that lots of pics of Smoke would never go amiss!

Ah, the joys of PT. I just had a round of dry needle in hopes of healing a muscle in my back. Also had some regular PT. It seems to have helped, though I still have four more sessions.

It looks as if a good time was had my all!

I've never heard of ' dry needle' before. Generally I'm in favor of trreatments that involve me lying quietly while magic happens...dry needle? Hope your remaining sessions do the trick for you and your muscle. FanSee
