You sound like my brother, Peter. Pete is retired now, but he was a Captain of Industry and he spent his life trying to keep the lawyers out of every transaction he was party to. Of ccourse, he frequently lost, but he tried hard.

Not sure how many lawyers will be involved in this pretty straightforward transaction. FanSee
