One thing I've learned in this process is how to handle a screwed-up sleep cycle. Going back to my teens, I've always had nights where I get little or no sleep, often alternating one good night with a bad night for as long as a week at a time. Slow and steady wins the race, as they say, and a little progress all the time is better than none at all. Think how wonderful it will look when you are alllll done. :)

You're doing well! I go through phases like that with sleep and it's very tough on the days when you're not sleeping well and your brain isn't functioning properly =/ Sounds like you've been working round it pretty well though!

Progress is progress after all and with help you are making progress.so, yay for you! Although I am sorry about your sleep problems. Hopefully, your sleep cycle will straighten itself starting with tonight and all will be well going forward. Do you use Melatonin? Can help.
