to post something in comm you need to join that comm first. then if you open that comm, you see there's 'post to this community' above? Click it, then post like you do with your journal
to make link, use html
(a href="http:thelinkyouwanttoinsert")the word you want to be seen as link like read more or something(/a)
and change the () into <>
