Mycroft gets fired?

This is kind of odd in that I haven't actually read the fic I'm looking for, but I'd really love to if someone can tell me what it is. A person mentioned once on a site that there's a fic in which Mycroft is accidentally fired during downsizing since he's listed as some silly job officially on paper. Or something like that - I really don't know

I think it might be a story called Minor Government Official by celestialteapot on The Archive of Our Own. I tried to post a direct link, but it was marked as spam. The story is just over 300 words and is a crossover with The Thick of It.

Thanks for responding, but I don't think that's it. The person who originally talked about the fic mentioned the government being in upheaval or something - it sounded like a much longer fic than that one.
