Okay, um...I've copied and pasted the exact stuff you have up there...I dunno if I'm supposed to add something to it or what but it ends up as just a bunch of codes...no table...am I doing something wrong?

I've tried posting in a new post...nothing! Reposted the same thing like 5 different times...help!
