If you'd like a nice neat table to store all of your links, here is the code for the table seen on the user info page. Just make the prompt words into links.
I'm not an admin (maybe looking at joining eventually), but you just post the HTML code into your userinfo, wherever you want it, just as if you were updating your info. The info page takes HTML just as a journal entry does.
And I'm fairly certain that HTML in the info is not limited to the paid accounts or whatnot.
I do apologize if I was presumptious, but I hope I helped?
Hi, um, I've had this problem for ages but I thought it was just lj acting up or something, but it's not going away, so maybe I'm doing something wrong? Whenever I post a link from the table, it goes down the page, leaving this empty space. I tried redoing it, but it just did the same thing. Can anyone help? Here's the link--http://electrumqueen.livejournal.com/17012.html
Oh, god, sorry it took so long to reply--I thought my email provider was doing it, but it turns out it doesn't like me very much. Here's the link-- http://electrumqueen.livejournal.com/17237.html and if that doesn't work, scrolling down in my journal should turn up the table.
Hi, I just saw this. I had the exact same problem. Now, I'm not very good with technical terms so bear with me.
I found that when I did "edit entry" and looked at the links I had used that would link the prompt to the fic, I had a <*a/> after the link. So it looked this: <*a href="*http://users.livejournal.com/philippa_/45203.html#cutid1*">Beginnings.* As I was messing around, I removed that and put at the end of the link. So it looked like this:<*a href="http://users.livejournal.com/philippa_/45203.html#cutid1">Beginnings. For some reason after I had done this for all of them, the table worked and now appears at the top of the page instead of annoyingly far down. Obviously remove the stars. I put a stupid amount so that the comment would top turning into a load of links.
I hope this makes sense and that it will help you :)

I've seen people post their fic table on their user info page rather than in their journal. How do you do that? And can you do it with a free account?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
