More zombies slip past the front line. These are faster than the first ones. They stay low and work together to try and split the second line. Some hold back, using each other as cover to try to break through to the people behind the defenders.

Sonia is patched and ready to leap back into action. She's hurt, but more importantly, she's angry. She's dealt with zombies before, but nothing like *this,* and her natural Belmont instincts are in full gear.

Running to the front of the line, Sonia spots the largest and quickest-moving mass of zombies. With a cry, she hurls another vial of holy water into the air, and an instant later lashes at it with her whip. The glass shatters and sprays a fine mist over the swarm, immediately setting them on fire.

Angela sets herself to work stocking and sorting through the first aid kits, frantically reviewing the Red Cross babysitting course she took when she was 12.

She is as ready as she will ever be -- and she has Marty's gun just in case more than first aid is needed.
