This year's Valentine's Dance lined up so well with the upcoming Carribean Spring Break that there was only one choice for a theme: Love In The Islands. It was an island buffet, which meant the same kind of completely moddable selection, just with more pineapples than usual and all the cups were shaped like coconuts.

And since Frank was still on StuCo somehow, there was the usual division between untainted punch and unpunched booze. You could tell the difference based on which one Frank was standing next to.

Frank stood next to the booze, drinking it throughout the night, per the original comment in this thread. if you wanted normal punch, it was slightly down the table.

Frank poured some liquor into a coconut, set it on the table, and grabbed a long straw that happened to also be on the table. Did someone know that would be useful or was it just there for some reasons who could know.

"Here you go," Frank said. "Were you trying to do something with your hoof just now?"
