Okay, there were two things that intrigued Karolina here. One, music, duh. Because she liked that a lot (in particular if it was something to dance to).

Two... Look, you couldn't stop the Majesdanian from being drawn to people who looked like maybe they were from somewhere else in space. Even ones that looked kind of intimidating. (And pretty, but shhhhh.)

Jaylah wasn't much of a smiler, but she was willing to relax her facial muscles out of the perma-scowl she had worn when conversing with certain others.

"Hello," she said. "This is my collection of shouting music."

She took a step back to give Karolina room to peruse the collection (and because she wasn't instantly wary that Karolina might be likely to steal something, which she couldn't say for her previous customer).

Very good customer service, Jaylah.

Karolina, stepping forward to inspect the things on offer, couldn't help a little snicker slpping out. It couldn't really be construed as anything derisive, though.

"Shouting music?" she asked. Because she had to.

"It is good for shouting along to," Jaylah explained. "The singers, they are loud and angry."

Karolina tilted her head. "I don't know if that's really what I'm into." Yeah, big surprise that the hippie wasn't a huge fan of aggression even in art or entertainment. "But I guess I could give it a try. Is there anything you'd, like, recommend...?"

You know, for a beginner.
