How very embarrassing, to find one's self tired today in such odd little bursts. Leland Gaunt was more amused than displeased to discover that the vagaries of this island might apply to him; it was a curiosity, nothing more. In any regard, his shop was open, and he had such lovely trinkets to sell.

Kenzi wasn't one to turn down a nap, so she'd spent most of the morning (and afternoon) asleep. But she had to be at work in a bit, so stomping around with a mocha would hopefully wake her up.

Hunh. Looked like the place had a new owner.

She wandered in with her shades on, checking out the merchandise, and keeping an eye out for anything worth... acquiring.

Oh, she was quite welcome to pocket anything she liked. Leland knew her sort rather well, actually, and he was fairly certain he had some merchandise that she'd be more than interested in walking away with today. She'd pay her price sooner or later, he'd see to that.

"Well, hello there! Welcome to my humble shop!"

His expression was open, easygoing, and suggested that he wasn't about to let her wander his store without first striking up a conversation. He wouldn't have any of it!
